Half a lamb will weigh roughly 8-12kg, maybe a touch more, maybe a touch less, the live weight is all 45kgs plus, with some at 55kgs, but we are playing it by ear a bit on these first boxes as we see how everything kills out. So it should fit roughly in a freezer draw.
