Returns & Refunds

As a food product, we are unable to accept returns on beef boxes. This does not affect your statutory rights.

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or has been compromised during transit, please contact us at shop@rdlivestock.co.uk within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will always do right by you if the problem is on our end.

Cancellations

Due to the nature of our production process, cancellations must be requested at least 7 days before your confirmed dispatch date. After this point, your order will have been allocated to a batch and we are unable to offer a refund.
