Shipping policy

Our beef boxes are produced in small monthly batches. When you place an order, you are reserving a place in our next available batch. We will send you a dispatch notification with your APC Overnight tracking details once your order has been fulfilled, so you will always know when your box is on its way.

All orders are delivered frozen via APC Overnight to any mainland UK address. Delivery is included in the price of your box.

Someone will need to be available to accept delivery, as frozen goods cannot be left unattended. If a delivery attempt fails and your order is compromised as a result, we are unable to accept responsibility.
