This month's meat is British blue X Friesian, reared here by Beth and then fattened by our B&B farmer.

Every box is a proper mix of premium steaks, roasting joints and everyday cuts. You won't just get a box of mince and hope. The exact quantities vary by box size, but the balance stays the same: the good stuff, and plenty of it.

All our beef is dry-hung for 21-28 days, vacuum packed, and available frozen.

This isn’t just a product to us: it’s cattle we’ve known, beef we believe in, for customers who have trusted us enough to back it.

Please only select the collection option if you are able to collect from near Market Drayton, Shropshire. Why the wait?

We produce beef boxes once a month, so depending on when you order, there may be a few weeks' wait while your animal is processed, hung, butchered and packed. We think that's a feature, not a flaw.

This isn't warehouse stock. Each batch is produced specifically for the people who've ordered it. Your beef hasn't been sitting in a freezer at a distribution centre since January.

Welfare & Processing

All our cattle are processed using a full-stun system. No religious slaughter takes place at the abattoir we work with. Animal welfare matters to us from day one on the farm right through to the end of the process, and we won't compromise on that.
